Get started

Establish your Device Management account and onboard your devices by enrolling the device details in Device Management. 

Step 2
Register

Once onboarded, the device registers itself with Verifone Central - Device Management, and the status will be shown in the "Active" state. 

Step 3
Sign in and start managing your estate

The 'Actions' dropdown gives you options to delete a device, move a device from one hierarchy to another, create a rollout and more.

  • I have a mixed estate of devices, do I need different instances of Device Management for each?

    Simplification for our customers is one of our key areas of consideration when designing our solutions. With Device Management, you can manage all your devices - regardless of device type or manufacturer - through a single account, single view and relax with unified management across your entire estate.

  • What about specific security features or tools?

    Rest assured - we have your back. Device Management is a P2PE validated Asset Tracking and PCI DSS-compliant solution. A Secure TLS connection between the device and the server, with all communication initiated from the device, provides an extra layer of assurance and security.  A few additional features to help you protect your business include the skimmer detection feature; you can stop bad actors in their tracks by detecting card skimmers and receive instant alerts when discovered. The geo locater lets you view device location - which is essential for your estate's mPOS devices.

  • Is Verifone affiliated with any of the security standards organizations?

    We are very involved with the major standards organizations, including the Payment Card Industry Standards Council (PCI).  As a matter of fact, Verifone has once again been honored as a member of their Board of Advisors for the 2023-2025 period.  We are a Category A member and on the board of directors of the Accredited Financial Standards Institute (ANSI), and an associate and board member on EMVCo.
